RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Returns
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Returned with all original tags attached

Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@kabbanaluxury.com so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before initiating a return.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order once the return is approved.
European Union Customers
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, without providing a reason.
Returned items must meet the same conditions outlined above: unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
